1 hour Powerlifting technique class
covering the big 3 lifts. Wednesdays
at 6pm, maximum of 6 people.
Small group Strongman classes, to learn
and develop events such as yoke run, farmers
walks, tyre flips, log press etc. Minimum 6 people.
Online training programming based on your
goals & training history, distributed
